Let’s welcome Sandra back from her culinary tour to the region of Puglia and learn how to make dishes representative of that area of Italy.

Menu: Pasta sfoglia con pesto di pomodoro secco - sundried tomato puree puff pastry pinwheels ● Gnocchetti con uovo e semola con zucca, cipolle e broccolini - semola, flour and eggs fresh egg noodle gnocchetti with a broccolini, butternut squash and onion sauce ● Muersi con uovo - garlic rubbed toast topped with variety seasonal seasoned and sauteed vegetables topped with a poached egg and pecorino cheese ● Torta pasticciotto Leccese - a pastry cream filled baked torte topped with powdered sugar typical of Lecce.
