Menu: Pan con Tomate Toasted Rustic Bread ~ rubbed with garlic and topped with freshly grated tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt ● Gambas al Ajillo ~ shrimp sautéed in fragrant olive oil, infused with garlic, chili flakes, and a hint of parsley served with crusted bread ● Chorizo al Vino ~ Spanish chorizo slowly simmered in red wine ● Patatas Bravas ~ crispy golden potatoes, spicy tomato sauce, and creamy aioli ● Crema Catalana ~ Spanish custard infused with citrus and cinnamon, finished with a caramelized sugar crust.
