Tapas are small plates of food that are traditionally served in Spanish bars and restaurants. The concept of tapas originated in Spain and has evolved into a culinary tradition that emphasizes sharing and social interaction among diners. Tapas can range from simple snacks to more elaborate dishes, and they are typically enjoyed alongside drinks, making them a popular choice for casual dining and gatherings.

Menu: Pan con Tomate Toasted Rustic Bread ~ rubbed with garlic and topped with freshly grated tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt ● Gambas al Ajillo ~ shrimp sautéed in fragrant olive oil, infused with garlic, chili flakes, and a hint of parsley served with crusted bread ● Chorizo al Vino ~ Spanish chorizo slowly simmered in red wine ● Patatas Bravas ~ crispy golden potatoes, spicy tomato sauce, and creamy aioli ● Crema Catalana ~ Spanish custard infused with citrus and cinnamon, finished with a caramelized sugar crust.
