Tuesday, July 22nd ● 6:30 – 9:00 pm ● “Flame, Flavor & Fun ~ Grilling Basics” ● Demonstration Class ● Janine Washle “The Flavor Queen” – Flavor Queen’s Kitchen ● $70.00.
Everyone loves the flavor of grilled meats, vegetables, and fruits so we are taking it outside so you can learn the techniques and secrets for grilling various mouth-watering favorites. We will talk about the ins and outs of cooking with charcoal versus gas, how to control the grill and its heat, cook meats to ensure desired doneness, and how to know when this point has been reached. After class, you will leave with a newfound confidence when you light up the grill. The skills you will be learning in this class are marinades vs. dry rubs, safe grilling temperatures, charcoal vs. gas tips.
Menu: Grilled Chicken Skewers with Chimichurri ● Charred Vegetable Platter with Romesco Sauce ● Grilled Haloumi and Peach Salad with Arugula ● Grilled Stone Fruit with Honey Lime Drizzle.
