Menu: Citrus Avocado Salad - a vibrant mix of arugula, sliced oranges, creamy avocado, and toasted almonds, dressed with a light lemon vinaigrette ● Pan Seared Verlasso Salmon with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce served with Pasta, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, and Asparagus ● Peach Cobbler Trifle - layers of juicy peaches, whipped cream, and soft pound cake.
