Menu: Linzer Torte ~ a shortbread with a jam filling from Austria ● Rikotta Pie ~ a specific Maltese dessert similar to a cheesecake, and incorporates citrus zest to give it a wonderful flavor ● Torta Tal-Lewz ~ an almond torte; the Maltese people love their almonds, and this particular torte is served all year, but especially at Easter when it is dressed up with Glace Cherries.
