Menu: Shaved Spring Salad with Lemon Honey Vinaigrette and Toasted Almonds ● Pan Seared Pork Chops with Apple Mustard Pan Sauce, Sautéed Greens, and Creamy Parmesan Polenta ● Strawberry Shortcake with Whipped Vanilla Cream.
