This class celebrates Kentucky food-the kind of dishes that have graced many Derby tables. It’s a thoughtful look at heritage recipes with a couple of contemporary updates! Together we will learn classic techniques like beaten biscuits, explore Benedictine reimagined as a delicate soup, and cook a perfectly tender bourbon-glazed pork tenderloin served with Kentucky spoonbread. We'll finish with a bourbon pecan tart, rounding out a menu that’s elegant without being fussy. This class is for anyone who loves Kentucky food and Derby favorites!
