Finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction for a sweet-savory punch ● Maple Dijon Glazed Chicken with Roasted Delicata Squash - tender chicken glazed with a bold blend of maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar paired with roasted delicata squash and served over rice pilaf with dried cranberries and toasted pecans, garnished with fresh thyme and pan juices ● Spiced Pear Galette - a rustic free form tart featuring sliced pears infused with cinnamon and ginger, baked to golden perfection.
