Menu: Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad - featuring earthy beets, peppery greens, creamy goat cheese, and candied walnuts, finished with a balsamic glaze ● Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast filled with Creamy Spinach and Cheese, served over Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and elevated with a Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce ● Lemon Panna Cotta topped with Berry Compote - a silky, citrus infused dessert paired with fresh berries simmered in honey and lemon juice.
