Celebrate the arrival of autumn with a cozy evening of baking filled with warm spices, apples, maple, pumpkin, and toasted pecans. In this class watch as classic fall treats are prepared from scratch while learning techniques for creating tender pastries and rich, buttery baked goods.
Menu: Maple Pecan Sticky Buns ~ soft, buttery rolls filled with cinnamon and toasted pecans, finished with a maple caramel glaze ● Pumpkin Chai Cake ~ tender pumpkin cake infused with warm chai spices and finished with a rich brown butter frosting ● Salted Caramel Apple Galette ~ rustic buttery pastry filled with cinnamon spiced apples and finished with salted caramel ● Apple Crumble Bars ~ buttery shortbread layered with cinnamon spiced apples and topped with a golden oat crumble.
