Celebrate the flavors of a classic Canadian Thanksgiving with a cozy, autumn-inspired menu featuring comforting seasonal dishes and the warm flavors of maple, sage, cranberry, and pumpkin. In this class, students will learn techniques for creating an elegant Thanksgiving meal from scratch, perfect for gathering around the table with family and friends.
Menu: Cider-Brined Turkey Breast ~ herb-roasted turkey breast with a crisp golden exterior ● Maple Cranberry Sauce ~ tart cranberries simmered with maple syrup and warm autumn spices ● Sage & Sourdough Stuffing ~ rustic sourdough bread with fresh sage, celery, onion, and herbs ● Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes ~ creamy potatoes with roasted garlic and butter ● Maple-Roasted Root Vegetables ~ seasonal carrots, parsnips, and sweet potatoes glazed with maple and herbs ● Maple Pecan Pie.
