Menu: Butternut Squash Soup Shooter - creamy soup with crème fraiche, crispy sage, and maple drizzle ● Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad - tossed with cranberries, pecans, lemon-Dijon vinaigrette, and cheese ● Herb Roasted Turkey Roulade - stuffed with mushrooms, leeks, and sourdough; served with gravy and cranberry orange compote ● Sweet Potato Gratin - layered with cream, garlic, and Gruyère; baked until golden ● Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes - gingersnap crust, spiced filling, topped with whipped cream and candied pecans.
