KIDS’ CAMP! Tuesday, June 16th thru June 18th ● 11:30 - 1:30 pm ● “Edible Science Lab - Kids’ Class” ● Ages 7 - 12 years old ● Hands-On Class ● Emily Clark and Maddie Porter - Cooking at the Cottage ● $195.00 per seat.

Edible Science Lab is a 3 day STEM camp where kids explore science through hands-on, food-based experiments ... not traditional cooking. Each day focuses on a different concept: Kitchen Chemistry (testing acids, bases, and reactions like pH changes in lemonade and cupcakes), Matter and Food Transformations (investigating physical changes like osmosis in gummy bears, making ice cream with salt and ice, and turning cream into butter), and Food Engineering (designing and testing solar ovens, gumdrop structures, and marshmallow catapults). Campers will ask questions, make predictions, and observe real results, learning how science works in the kitchen, with edible creations as a fun bonus.

**(Parents will not be permitted to stay during class; our staff will be on hand to assist the chef and the students and provide extra supervision.)
