Menu: Roasted Beet Salad - roasted beets paired with mixed greens, crumbled goat cheese, and candied pecans, finished with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette ● Salisbury Steak smothered in a Rich Mushroom Gravy, served with Buttered Egg Noodles ● Strawberry Shortcake - fluffy biscuit-style shortcake layered with fresh strawberries and clouds of lightly sweetened whipped cream.
